報(bào)告摘要:
To study and evaluate electric vehicle battery service life is quite challenging. Most of the current approaches have been conducted in the laboratories using accelerated life test to estimate the service life of a battery system under certain duty cycles. The result and effectiveness of this conventional approach have been limited to provide accurate assessment in real life. In this presentation, a logical approach will be proposed and demonstrated. A two-prong approach to utilize laboratory and field testing to derive useful information to help us understand the battery performance via computer simulation has been considered and developed in our laboratory. A systematic illustration of this approach and progress will be reported in this presentation.
