A Research Fellow position is available immediately at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, NTU in the area of electronic packaging. Successful candidate is expected to hold a PhD degree and have good experience in electronic materials (solders and ceramics), processes (thin film technology etc.), and related materials characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, XRD). He/she will join a group of existing researchers and be in charge of design, testing, and characterization of specialized packages.
